The App stores the following data on your device:

• Expense records, including amounts, categories, dates, and notes you enter.
• App settings and preferences, such as currency or theme choices.

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to enable Google Drive backup and sync.

1.2 Data Synced with Google Drive

If you opt-in to the backup and sync feature:

• The App uses Google Drive to store encrypted backups of your expense data.
• Only data you explicitly choose to back up is uploaded to your Google Drive account.

We do not access, collect, or store this data on our servers. You control access to your Google Drive account.

1.3 Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

• Storage: To save your expense data locally on your device.
• Internet: To enable optional Google Drive backup and sync, if you choose to use it.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or other identifiers unless you provide them voluntarily (e.g., for support inquiries).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of the App, such as tracking and categorizing expenses.
• Enable optional backup and sync to Google Drive, if you opt-in.
• Respond to user inquiries or support requests, if applicable.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than delivering the Apps functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your expense data is stored securely on your device. You are responsible for securingyour device to protect this data.

3.2 Google Drive Backup

If you enable Google Drive sync:

• Your data is encrypted before being uploaded to your Google Drive account.
• We do not store or access your Google Drive credentials or backed-up data.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data during transmission to Google Drive, but we cannot control the security of Google Drive itself. Please review Googles Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.

4. User Control Over Data

You have full control over your data:

• Local Data: You can delete or modify expense data directly within the App.
• Google Drive Data: You can manage or delete backups directly in your Google Drive account.
• App Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.

To delete synced data, you must manually remove the backup files from your Google Drive account.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties, except:

• When you enable Google Drive sync, data is stored in your Google Drive account, subject to Googles terms and policies.
• If required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Drive for optional backup and sync. This integration is subject to Googles Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not control Googles data practices and recommend reviewing their policies.

7. Childrens Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the App, please contact us to have it removed.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted in the App or on our website, with the Last Updated date revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
